Bonang Matheba found her name trending on Twitter due to rumors of being romantically involved with a member of Major League DJz, Banele Mbere.
The rumor divided Bonang’s fans, with some believing it’s true and the other party seeing the impossibility in it.
A fan tweeted: “[The] Major league guy is going way out of his league… a whole Bonang? What’s the plan?” Another follower, who disagreed with the pairing, wrote, “There’s no way Bonang would date a major league…”
Another opposing fan tweeted: “Pressed about Bonang possibly dating one of the gentlemen in Major League and saying she’s out of his league, but if we talk about the closure on your wigs and the men that don’t like you, you want to pass away…”
However, the media personality laughed off the rumors after a fan asked: “why are you trending?”
